The ground-floor apartment boasts stunning pool views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed dressed in a handcrafted manta blanket and offers spectacular pool views. A second bedroom with two twin beds accommodates two additional guests. Two complete bathroom features a stylish stone sink and a handheld shower for a more comfortable bathing experience. Both bedrooms with their own closets. The apartment's water comes from a natural well, providing unique properties compared to regular tap water.

An equipped kitchen includes essential utensils for meal preparation. The stove is electric, and a refrigerator is available for your groceries. You'll find various appliances on the doors for added convenience. A great dining table seats for 6, and the living room sofa converts into a bed for two additional guests where you can enjoy the Smart TV.
